Apartment Enquiry

When making an enquiry please include the following information:

• Lead guest name
• Arrival date and length of stay
• Number of guests
• Contact email address and phone number
• Plus, any special requirements

We check for new emails at regular intervals throughout the day and always aim to respond to your email within 24 hours.

We send out regular updates about the apartment and any general points of interest that are going on in Bansko throughout the year. In addition we also send out news of any special offers or late deals that we're currently promoting.
