First rate information and customer service from the owners made our holiday easy to plan and infinately more enjoyable. The appartment is well furnished and spacious (the internet pictures do not do it justice), clean, tidy and secure. Our welcome was very friendly and efficient and there was always someone at reception whenever we needed them. The appartment is ideally situated, just a few minutes walk from the gondola, in a quiet part of the town. There are numerous cafes, supermarkets and restuarants nearby providing value for money and some excellent local cuisine. Our 3 year old son had no problems with the food and was well looked after in all the restuarants we visited; Bulgarians love children. Our only reservation was that smoking is still allowed in public places, although this is due to change in the near future. The appartment/complex has a strictly no smoking policy for which we were grateful. There are plenty of places to hire ski/boarding equipment which on the whole is of good quality, lift passes are easy to obtain from the base of the gondola and lifts are very efficient. We took our holiday at the end of the season (april) and were pleased to be able to ski for the whole time. I would recommend this apartment to anyone contemplating a holiday of any sort in Bansko and can assure you of a first rate service from the owners and complex staff. One area of concern particularly for disabled people might be the uneven and dishevelled pavements in and around Bansko. All in all a great holiday and value for money.

I really appreciated the stay at the appartement, which is better known in Bansko at the name "Chalet montagne". The listing description was accurate and the property was well-maintained and clean. (The oven could be cleaner.) The sauna and fitness room were also clean, but the jacuzzi-room had a bad smell and there was a lot of moisture... The owner provided a very good customer service and was very friendly! About the activities, we just did some skiing and visited the "Happy End Disco" which had really good rock&pop music and a great atmosphere! About the restaurants: we ate at "Ivo Restaurant" about 300m from the appartement; at the "Pizza Arena" next to the gondola station; a 2 nice pubs more in the middle of Bansko (it was an insider tip from a ski-teacher). We didn't made any bad experience with the restaurants, the food was very good, the prices not expensive at all and the people were very friendly and almost everybody could speak english:-) I would immediately recommand this property to a friend, because it's lovely and not on the mainroad.

company to ensure that this doesn't happen again for any of our guests. I've also been in touch
with the management company to see what can be done about the moisture levels in the jacuzzi

The apartment was perfect for our ski holiday over New Year. Clean, spacious, warm and comfortable. Good location. Only a short walk to the Old Town for access to shops and restaurants and a five minute walk to the Gondola, although I would recommend wearing shoes and carrying your ski boots. The apartment staff were friendly and the set-up made it feel very secure. The ski area was great, although when we were there they were suffering a severe lack of snow, which the snow cannons helped to make up for to some degree. Difficult town to self cater in, as the local shops aren't really geared up to home cooking, but the restaurants are excellent. Such amazing home-cooked food. Meat, meat and more meat! Excellent. Would definitely recommend this apartment to people heading to Bansko.

We spent very good time in the apartment, everything was ok, its was just difficult to find it when we arrived! The apartment was very clean! Probably we will come back in March again!

We had a wonderful time. The flat was amazing!!! Very cosey and nice. The furniture are all new and the kitchen is fully equipped. It felt very homey. As for the distance form the slopes, we had rented a car so we didn't walk to the ski slopes, but i think it should be appr.15 min walk. Overall, we were very happy to have found your ad on the web as we couldn't believe that we found such a nice flat and for such a reasonable price. The flat was a lot cheaper from most of the hotels in the area and you get a friendly home to stay in instead of a hotel room. Thank you Richard very much for all your help and be sure that we will have you in mind next time we decide to visit Bansko.

We love Bansko! The snow was great, the weather too, always sunny days, we had a great time! We love the apartment too, and most of the time we have our dinner meals there, the six of us. We went to "El Toritos" and to the "Happy End" bar, and we enjoy very much the food. In the apartment, everything was ok, it was warm, it had everything that we need, was in a good place, not far from the gondola lift.

We had a marvellous time in Bansko and the apartment was once again fab! Both of the Sofa beds were used and were totally comfortable for the time of our trip. We needed nothing additional, the facilities were great.

We would just like to say Thank you for the apartment, The facilities were great, especially the Jacuzzi and had a lovely evening in the bar with friends, the positioning was perfect a 2 min walk from where our friends were and perfect for Gondala, definitely going skiing again next year! We had a great first experience of skiing - a really memorable trip !

Yes, we had a great holiday! It was really great. Apartment was fabulous, everything was just perfect. And thank you very much for the food you ordered for us! It was really helpful and saved us worrying about the breakfast.
The snow was great, but I did not get to do paragliding as the weather wasn't up for it. It had snowed for last few days, which was great for skiing!
Many thanks for all your help and great apartment! We will definitely recommend it to anybody that is going to go to Bansko and of course we will use it again if we go to Bansko next year!
