The rental charges are for the apartment not per person. So, if the rental charge is £300.00 and there are two people staying then this would work out at £150.00 per person, if there are four people staying then this would work out at £75.00 per person.

Please note: the charges for the optional extras are approximate as they are calculated from the BGN price and the current exchange rate at the time of the booking. An exact price will be provided with the booking confirmation.
How to Book

Booking Notes
- All prices are quoted in GBP (pounds sterling).
- Minimum stay of 3 nights.
- Prices listed for the apartment are per week with the apartment being rented on a weekly basis starting on a Saturday. If you do have other requirements then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- A booking deposit of £100 is required, which must be received within a week to secure the booking. The remainder of the rental charge is then due 28 days from the start of the booking.
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- A security deposit of £100 is also required, which will be returned after your holiday, less any deduction for damages. This can be paid in advance and collected with your rental charge or can be paid upon arrival at the apartment.
- Cancellations: A cancellation 15 to 28 days before arrival date - 25% of rental refunded (less booking deposit), a cancellation 0 to 14 days before arrival date - 10 % of rental refunded (less booking deposit)
- The rental price includes linen and towels.
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
- No pets are allowed in the apartment.
- Check in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival and check out time is by 11am on the day of departure.
- If you'd like us to book an airport transfer then we'll need your flight details at the point of booking. The charge for the transfer must be paid in advance at the same time as the booking deposit. Please note that Chez Moulton will book the airport transfer on your behalf but the transfer agreement will remain between yourself and Stephen Dainty BG Limited, by requesting this service you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions shown on their website.

Group Booking
Chez Moulton in Bankso have a one bedroom apartment for rental.
However if you'd like to rent more than one apartment within the same apartment complex then that's also possible as we know a number of other apartment owners who also rent their apartments.
